Dr. Neha Dewan is the CEO and Co-Founder of SKI Asia Pacific FZCO, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE — a multi-disciplinary innovation firm operating across governance innovation, finance innovation, compliance architecture, and institutional research. She co-leads the firm alongside Dr. Theroshen (Ross) Rafahël, Chairman of the Executive Board, whose research redefines governance as a measurable and executable system.
With a professional background spanning governance, regulatory compliance, and finance innovation, Dr. Neha relocated from India to Dubai to build SKI APAC into a cross-border advisory and research powerhouse. She leads the firm's client relationships, business development, and strategic partnerships across the UAE, UK, and APAC markets.
Dr. Neha is also the founder of She Built This — a women's leadership initiative backed by original academic research and published under the Nine-Framework Evidence Architecture (NFEA), a methodology developed to examine systemic barriers to women in senior leadership globally.
At the Invest UAE Forum 2026, she serves as host, organiser, and co-presenter on governance and compliance architecture for international investors entering the UAE.
